Twisted Sista is a cafe and gelateria found in three locations: Northland, Knox and Fountain Gate. It is a business that places an emphasis on presentation, making your mouth water at first sight. I can't imagine anyone setting foot inside one of these establishments and leaving without trying anything, such is the power of their displays. Aesthetics aside, Twisted Sista also happens to have a burger on its menu called the Angus Beef Burger. It's not the most imaginative name going around, but names can be deceiving. Can this cafe burger mix it with the best from the most dedicated, well-named burgy joints in Melbourne? I certainly think so. Hi everyone, welcome to my first blog. My name is Matt and I'm all about the burgers that can be found in and around Melbourne, and further afield. I'm not much of a culinary expert so my reviews won't include fancy French words or insightful comments into how the beef was seared (do you even sear burgers?). My main purpose is to share my less-than-culinary view of where to find a good feed in Melbourne and what to order should you be inspired to travel down the murky, foul-smelling alleys of this great city in pursuit of the perfect burgy.
